the staff were helpful. i really liked the proximity of the hotel to the tram station. this location made visiting different areas very easy. the breakfast buffet had a LOT of options.
the room I had was smaller than i expected. the bathroom was also very tiny. the shower felt even smaller and it was not easy to move around.

the location was acceptable, near the tram line. just acceptable
The room i got certainly did not match the pictures online, go figure. it felt smaller than advertised, a real squeeze. also, the noise from the street was relentless. The windows offered minimal sound insulation, so sleep was a challenge. you know, just what you expect

the location was acceptable with easy access to attractions.
The pool was closed , disappointing. the room was also quite cold, partly because the balcony door did not seal properly. breakfast lacked variety, and the products seemed to be of cheap quality. I found everything to be quite tasteless.
